Professional Third-Party Quality Control Since Day One

Delivering the best experience possible. We ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery for our valued clients every step of the way.

Step 1: Understand What You Need to Control

Before selecting a service, you should first identify the main purpose of the inspection or audit.

If you want to confirm supplier reliability

Choose a factory audit or supplier evaluation service. This is suitable when you are working with a new supplier, planning a long-term cooperation, or needing more confidence in production capability, management systems, and operational conditions.

If you want to check production before goods are finished

Choose an in-process inspection or during production inspection service. This helps identify issues earlier, when corrective action is still possible before the full order is completed.

If you want to verify goods before shipment

Choose a pre-shipment inspection service. This is one of the most common inspection types because it helps confirm quantity, workmanship, packaging, labeling, and overall shipment readiness before goods are dispatched.

If you want to monitor loading accuracy

Choose a container loading supervision service. This is useful when loading condition, carton count, packaging handling, or container condition needs to be verified before shipment departure.

Step 3: Choose the Service Based on Product Risk

Different products carry different quality and business risks. Service selection should reflect that.

Low-Risk Products

For standard, low-value, repeat-order products with stable suppliers and consistent manufacturing history, a final inspection before shipment may be enough in many cases.

Medium-Risk Products

For products with moderate quality requirements, branding sensitivity, packaging requirements, or multiple SKUs, buyers often benefit from combining in-process checks with a final inspection.

High-Risk Products

For high-value products, technically sensitive products, first orders, customized items, safety-related products, or orders with strict compliance expectations, stronger control is recommended from earlier stages of production.

Higher-risk situations often include:
new supplier relationships
first-time production
complex product structure
tight delivery schedule
strict private label requirements
products with safety or compliance concerns

Step 5: Confirm the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)

AQL helps define the acceptable number of defects within a sampled lot. It is commonly used in inspection planning to align expectations between buyer, supplier, and inspection team.

In general:

  • stricter AQL is used for higher-risk products
  • standard AQL is used for many normal consumer goods
  • looser AQL may be considered only for lower-risk situations where defect tolerance is higher

AQL should be selected according to product type, market expectation, safety risk, order value, and brand sensitivity.

Step 2: Select the Right Service Based on Order Stage

Before Production

This stage is suitable when you need to verify factory readiness, raw materials, supplier capability, or early production planning. It is especially important for new suppliers, custom orders, strict specifications, or products with a higher defect risk.

Recommended service types:
Factory Audit
Supplier Qualification Review
Pre-Production Check

During Production

This stage is suitable when the order is already in progress and you want to detect quality issues before the order is fully completed. It helps reduce the chance of discovering major problems too late.

Recommended service types:
During Production Inspection
Production Monitoring
In-line Quality Control Support

Before Shipment

This is the most important checkpoint for many buyers. At this stage, the goal is to confirm that finished goods meet order requirements and are ready for shipment.

Recommended service types:
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final Random Inspection
Packing and Label Verification

At Loading Stage

This stage helps ensure that the right quantity is loaded correctly and that loading conditions are acceptable.

Recommended service types:
Container Loading Supervision
Shipment Loading Verification

Step 4: Decide the Inspection Level

Inspection level affects how much sampling is used and how detailed the inspection process will be. In practice, the suitable level depends on product value, lot size, risk level, and order history.

Lower Inspection Intensity

Suitable for lower-risk, repeat, stable orders where the product is standardized and production conditions are consistent.

Standard Inspection Intensity

Suitable for most regular orders. This is often the most balanced choice between control, time, and cost.

Higher Inspection Intensity

Suitable for higher-risk products, first orders, strict brand requirements, higher-value shipments, or situations where the buyer wants tighter control.

How to Select the Best Service for Common Scenarios

Delivering the best experience possible. We ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery for our valued clients every step of the way.

New Supplier, First Order

When working with a supplier for the first time, it is better to start with stronger control.

Recommended approach:
Factory Audit + During Production Inspection + Pre-Shipment Inspection

Repeat Supplier, Stable Product

For suppliers with proven performance and stable production results, a more streamlined inspection plan may be enough.

Recommended approach:
Pre-Shipment Inspection

Customized or Private Label Order

When packaging, labeling, appearance, dimensions, or branding details are important, quality issues can affect both product acceptance and brand reputation.

Recommended approach:
During Production Inspection + Pre-Shipment Inspection

Urgent Shipment with Tight Schedule

If delivery timing is critical, waiting until the end may leave too little room for corrective action.

Recommended approach:
Earlier In-Process Inspection + Final Inspection Before Shipment

High-Value or Sensitive Product

When the financial impact of defects is high, or when the product involves technical, safety, or compliance sensitivity, stronger control is recommended.

Recommended approach:
Factory Audit + Multi-Stage Inspection Plan
